ABOUT THE CAUCUS

The Indiana Trails Caucus is a diverse group of legislators committed to creating a statewide trails network.

The nonpartisan Indiana Trail Caucus was formed in 2020 through a joint effort by Rails-to-Trails Conservancy and Greenways Foundation.

Members of the Indiana General Assembly who have joined the caucus include representation from the Republican and Democrat parties, as well as from both the House of Representatives and the Senate.

These members are committed to providing significant improvements to the economic, physical, and mental health for all Hoosiers while protecting trails, natural resources and improving trail infrastructure within the state of Indiana.
